There has been recent publicity about the rate at which ATMs, and in particular, free ATMs, are reducing due to commercial pressures and the general trend towards becoming a cashless society.

While I expect these moves may not have a significant impact on some people, I fear it is the vulnerable in our communities who will notice the change the most.
