Sunak claims credit for diverting funding from deprived areas

Tory leadership candidate Rishi Sunak has been filmed claiming credit for diverting funding from deprived to wealthier areas.

Mr Sunak made the comments in a speech given in Tunbridge Wells, which was caught on camera and has been now published by the New Statesman.
