Surrey borough names new chief

Kathryn Beldon has been named Epsom & Ewell BC’s new chief executive.

Kathryn Beldon has been named Epsom & Ewell BC's new chief executive.

Ms Beldon, who is currently the council's director of finance and resources, joined the authority in 2014 and will take up her new role next month.
