The chief executive position at Swale BC has been left in question after current boss Abdool Kara moves to the National Audit Office (NAO).
Mr Kara, who has been appointed executive leader of local services at the NAO, said he was ‘extremely sad' to be leaving the council that he has run for the past seven years, but was ‘very excited' to pursue a new, sector-wide challenge.
