Digital innovation can be inspiring but councils must remember to engage with every member of the local community, says Margaret Lee

I ended a hard week with an inspiring day at one of the leading providers of digital innovation.

The group I was with investigated new ways of working which would increase productivity, improve customer service and reduce costs.
