From temp to MD in 27 years

James Whiteman has been promoted to the top job at Guildford BC after 27 years at the authority.

James Whiteman has been promoted to the top job at Guildford BC after 27 years at the authority. 

The current deputy managing director and director for environment has been promoted to managing director and head of paid services following current boss Sue Sturgeon's decision to retire in May.
