A health expert has called for a ‘huge investment in transformation' after more than 100 areas missed their delayed transfer of care (DTOC) target.

Speaking to The MJ ahead of next week's Budget, lead health director at consultancy iMPOWER, Sarah Atkinson, said there was a ‘significant need' for transformation cash.
