Tributes paid following death of former CIPFA president

Former president of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), Gren Folwell, has died.

Former president of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), Gren Folwell, has died.

Mr Folwell, who held the presidency from 1995 to 1996, was 76.
