Unitary deputy takes top Cumbria job

Cumbria CC has named Warrington Council’s second in command, Katherine Fairclough, as its new chief executive.

Cumbria CC has named Warrington Council's second in command, Katherine Fairclough, as its new chief executive. 

Her appointment followed current boss Diane Wood's announcement that she would retire next year.
