Wandsworth LBC is reviewing its policies and procedures after human error saw 45,000 emails with residents’ names and addresses sent to the wrong people.

Wandsworth LBC is reviewing its policies and procedures after human error saw 45,000 emails with residents' names and addresses sent to the wrong people.

The emails were sent to inform residents of their nearest polling station ahead of May's local elections following changes in ward boundaries.
