Welsh councils open door to voting reform

Gwynedd Council and Powys CC are to consult on dropping first past the post in favour of single transferable voting.

Gwynedd Council and Powys CC have both opened the door to changing their voting systems.

Both councils are to consult the public on changing from first past the post to single transferable voting (STV).
