West Midlands and Liverpool City region to seal devo deals

George Osborne announces the signing of two landmark devolution deals.

George Osborne will today announce the signing of two landmark devolution deals. 

West Midlands' leaders will today meet with the chancellor and other ministers in Coventry to put pen to paper, sealing a deal worth £1bn, while communities minister Greg Clark and secretary to the Treasury Jim O'Neill will travel to the North to confirm the £900m Liverpool City Region agreement.
