West Sussex CC chief to step down

West Sussex CC has hired three new directors as the county’s chief operating officer plans to step down at the end of her fixed-term contract next spring.

Gill Steward was appointed to the role on a £160,000 a year salary in July 2014 after working as the interim executive director for customer and place operations.
