The UK Government has blocked two Scottish Parliament Bills after winning the backing of the Supreme Court.

Westminster has blocked two Scottish Parliament Bills after winning the backing of the Supreme Court.

Holyrood had hoped to enshrine the European Charter of Local Self-Government and UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in Scottish law.
