A councillor at Wigan MBC has been ordered to apologise to two employees he was found to have abused.

A councillor at Wigan MBC has been ordered to apologise to two employees he was found to have abused.

The standards panel criticised the limits of the standards regime they worked under as they found against Cllr Robert Brierley for the eighth time since 2014.
