Oldham MBC’s chief executive, Carolyn Wilkins, is to be replaced, with council leader Arooj Shah wanting a new person at the helm.

Oldham MBC's chief executive, Carolyn Wilkins, is to be replaced, with council leader Arooj Shah wanting a new person at the helm.

The MJ understands that Dr Wilkins has not been working this week.
