Second Yorkshire LEP succumbs to Government overlap pressure

A second Yorkshire local enterprise partnership (LEP) has bowed to government demands and agreed to reshape its geographical remit to remove overlapping boundaries.

A second Yorkshire local enterprise partnership (LEP) has bowed to government demands and agreed to reshape its geographical remit to remove overlapping boundaries.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council will leave the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding LEP from April in favour of retaining its membership of the Humber LEP with Hull, North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire councils.
