The mayors of South and West Yorkshire have called for cultural spending to be devolved from Whitehall.

Mayor of West Yorkshire Tracy Brabin and South Yorkshire Mayor Oliver Coppard discussed their ambitions for further devolution at a recent visit to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
