YPO agrees £50m Findel purchase

The public sector procurement company has struck a deal to buy rival Findel Education.

A public sector procurement company has agreed to buy a rival firm in a £50m deal.

If approved by the competition authorities, Findel Education - part of the Studio Retail Group - will be sold to YPO, a procurement firm wholly owned by a consortium of councils.
