Nearly all adults (91%) are positive about the COVID-19 vaccine, but younger and black groups are most likely to say they are hesitant, according to data published today.
The figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) show adults aged 16-29 are the age group most likely to report hesitancy, at around one in six (17%). More than four in ten (44%) of Black or Black British adults reported vaccine hesitancy – the highest of all ethnic groups.
