Adur DC has committed to work with the housing regulator to tackle the health and safety issues that meant it breached the Decent Homes Standard.

The Sussex district contacted the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) in February after carrying out reviews that identified major health and safety issues inside some of its properties, including out-of-date electrical, fire safety and asbestos checks.
