‘Systemic change' is needed to tackle rising poverty in Wales, Audit Wales has warned.

In the first of three reports on Wales' poverty problem, the country's spending watchdog today claimed public bodies have prioritised anti-poverty work but said: ‘The mix of approaches and a complicated partnership landscape mean that ambitions, focus, actions and prioritisation vary widely.'
