Authorities agree £750,000 airport loan

Two councils have agreed to lend Gloucestershire Airport money to support the delivery of its business plan.

Two councils have agreed to lend Gloucestershire Airport money to support the delivery of its business plan.

Cheltenham BC and Gloucester City Council, which formed a limited company to operate and manage the 400-acre airport site 25 years ago, said they were unable to disclose the value of the loan because it was ‘commercially sensitive' – though it is reported to be about £750,000.
