As the UK agenda moves swiftly to recovery and rebuilding, it's worth some reflection and analysis on how the future economy may look in the coming years.
A green recovery seems high on most politicians' list of soundbites, though that's easy to say when you already have relatively high levels of prosperity. I haven't heard many talk about a new global levelling up, quite the opposite in fact. Will the levels of investment in developing countries be for the benefit of local communities and all mankind or the further enhancement of nationalist agendas on a global scale as local resources become ever scarcer?
