Greater Manchester’s mayor, Andy Burnham, is under pressure to limit his council tax precept.

Greater Manchester's mayor, Andy Burnham, is under pressure to limit his council tax precept.

It comes after West Midlands' mayor Andy Street settled on a £12 annual precept – the equivalent of an extra 23p a week on council tax.
