Financial challenges facing local government will become even bigger unless key behavioural changes are made, says Lawrence Conway

Not a day goes by without news of the latest advances in technology and how our lives are changing because of it.

Our recent survey suggests 60% of all interactions with our community are now done by tablet or mobile phone. This percentage is increasing every year.
