Social enterprise network Locality has dispelled misconceptions surrounding the 'Community Right to Buy'(CRTB) proposals ahead of today's Localism Bill debate in the House of Lords.

As part of a briefing designed to inform discussions this afternoon, Locality has stated CLA concerns about CRTB are a red-herring and provisions in the bill:
