Clark invites next wave of bidders for community levy

Decentralisation minister, Greg Clark, has invited a second wave of applicants to make use of the revised community infrastructure levy.

Decentralisation minister, Greg Clark, has invited a second wave of applicants to make use of the revised community infrastructure levy (CIL).

Mr Clark announced on 12 May that he wanted a second group of ‘front-runner' councils and their partners to come forward with proposals to implement the adjusted regeneration levy.
