A development firm part-owned by Cambridgeshire CC is seeking sites outside the county as it refocuses its business following risk concerns.

Latest accounts for This Land – incorporated in 2016 to develop sites bought from the council – showed it intended to deliver 930 homes in Cambridgeshire over the next 10 years but that the firm was also now ‘actively seeking new opportunities outside of Cambridgeshire to reduce the risk of operating in a single market location'.
