Slough Council's chief executive Josie Wragg has warned the council faces a ‘bleak' financial situation in a video message sent to employees.

Josie Wragg said she had been through a ‘rollercoaster of emotions' following the publication of a statutory recommendations report by auditor Grant Thornton last month.
