Brighton & Hove City Council is considering legal action against the Government to resolve a dispute over unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASCs).

Deputy leader Hannah Allbrooke told The MJ legal action was an option as the authority manages rising numbers of vulnerable youngsters placed by the Home Office in hotels – often after arriving in Kent on small boats.
