Council pushes for asylum injunction

Braintree DC is to seek an injunction against Home Office plans for an asylum centre at the High Court in London tomorrow.

Braintree DC is to seek an injunction against Home Office plans for an asylum centre at the High Court in London tomorrow.

The Essex district will oppose the Home Office's plan as the council alleges a breach of planning control.
