Council bosses have been warned to weigh-up risks of fresh attacks from ‘hostile states' following the Salisbury poisonings.

Salisbury City Council, Wiltshire Council, police and the military this week continued with their emergency decontamination plans following the 4 March nerve agent attack on Russian double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter, Yulia.
