A High Court decision on whether Dale Farm residents can be evicted from their caravan site is now not expected until Monday, 26 September.

Basildon BC has made representations to the court in the hope of overturning an injunction won by the site's traveller community on the grounds that eviction may not be legal for some of the residents.
