Having brought in our personal performance framework last year, the signs are good.
The staff survey and performance measures are pointing in the right direction, but we still have work to do to get new technology embedded right across the organisation to ensure our systems and processes are future enabled and customer-focused.
Financial savings are still to be found, but we have a clear plan in place to achieve this. Work has begun for how we become a more self-sustainable council and on make the most of our assets.
