Effective partnership working on temporary housing is crucial

Sheila Oxtoby says: 'If vulnerable homeless people or others who require temporary housing are to come to Great Yarmouth it is vital other authorities tell us.'

In Great Yarmouth we have just launched a programme of targeted education and enforcement to deal with street waste and fly-tipping.

In common with many local authorities with a similar mix of housing and demographics, we face challenges around this issue.
