As the new Government begins work in earnest, there are a number of areas where we – and I'm sure most local authorities – are wondering how we might best move forward.

One issue for us is the potential impact on our new Local Plan, with the Government announcing a consultation on major changes to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) likely to have significant implications for how much development we need to plan for.
