A huge amount to resolve on reform

There is a feeling among some members of Great Yarmouth BC that a lack of engagement and discussion in shaping reform proposals could be perceived as an imposition on the communities they were elected to serve, says Sheila Oxtoby.

Here in Great Yarmouth, the year has already got off to a busier-than-ever start.

The publication of the English Devolution White Paper and attendant local government reform will represent the biggest shake-up in Norfolk for more than 50 years.
