Essex CC has been handed a potentially-significant economic boost, after China's largest publishing company signed a deal to house its UK headquarters within the county.

Essex CC has been handed a potentially-significant economic boost, after China's largest publishing company signed a deal to house its UK headquarters within the county.

The Phoenix Publishing and Media Group has signed a ‘memorandum of understanding' (MOU) with Essex CC to run its UK printing, copyright trading and publishing business from a local site.
