Four construction firms have secured contracts as part of a potential £10bn development plan for the West Midlands regional framework.

Mansell, Morgan Sindall, Thomas Vale and Wilmott Dixon fended off leading industry competitors to land deals exceeding £500,000 a year as part of the four-year West Midlands framework, worth an estimated £3 billion.
