R&D fund to explore 'cash creating ideas' for Worcester

Worcester City Council is expected to launch a research and development fund to investigate ideas for generating income.

Worcester City Council is expected to launch a research and development fund to investigate ideas for generating income.

Senior councillors last night agreed that the authority would divert half of any excess income it received at the end of the current financial year into the new fund.
