The sector was urged to embrace artificial intelligence (AI) and reject ‘scaremongering' at The MJ's Future Forum.

Kurt Frary, head of IT at Norfolk CC, which is exploring how AI can help deliver services, said: ‘There's a lot of hype and scaremongering – the future is bright in my opinion.
