German bank will loan authority £20m

German national bank, pbb, has signed its first transaction with a UK council as it looks to capitalise on growing demand.

German national bank, pbb, has signed its first transaction with a UK council as it looks to capitalise on growing demand.

The specialist lender has provided two loans totalling £20m to Midlothian Council to finance services including new schools, social housing, utilities and care facilities.
