Plans to force social landlords to quickly fix housing problems – including damp and mould – have been outlined by local government secretary Michael Gove.

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities today launched a consultation on legal requirements for social landlords to address a range of hazards as part of "Awaab's law".
