HCA invest in Blackpool eco-town

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has invested £3.7 million to create more green homes near Blackpool city centre.

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has invested £3.7 million in a scheme to create more environmentally friendly residential homes near Blackpool city centre.

Located on a former industrial saw mill site, the £7.1 million development will feature 35 contemporary three and four-bedroom homes designed by Croft Goode Architects, and will be opened at a community launch event this week by the Great Places Housing group.
