The Homes and Communities Agency is seeking to recruit two board members and a new chair of its regulation committee.

The government's national housing and regeneration body wants the new committee set up to replace the soon-to-be-abolished Tenants Services Authority, which will close in 2012 and transfer its regulatory function to the HCA.
