Former local government minister and The MJ's columnist, John Healey, has launched legal action against a Rotherham UKIP councillor after his comments surrounding the child sexual abuse scandal. 

Ms Collins told the Doncaster conference the MPs ‘knew many of the details of what was happening' in the years of child abuse.
