IR35: authorities urged to use interim solutions

Councils which use contractors have been urged to make use of temporary systems while they assess whether their practices comply with strict incoming employment rules.

The warning follows confirmation that in order to comply with new IR35 rules, public bodies must get contractors to invoice for payment in arrears by 6 March.
