With good intentions, and being the eternal optimist, I recently set out to see if I could put together a 'leadership qualities framework' for our organisation in South Lakeland. Others I had tried only covered what I wanted to see in part.
I pinched a few ideas from here and there, sat down with some of my peers to see if I was heading in the right direction and then after some personal soul searching, I thought I had come up with a definitive list.
