The Government’s strategic suppliers received a quarter of their public sector income from local authorities last year, new figures have revealed.

The Government's strategic suppliers received a quarter of their public sector income from local authorities last year, new figures have revealed.

Councils spent £3.8bn on the 35 companies in 2019, data provider Tussell has reported.
